A course handbook for young men and fathers with ten prepared two-hour sessions. There are activities and worksheets for each session designed to help young men and fathers develop their communication skills, gain confidence and raise their self-awareness. There is an opportunity to gain practical skills designed to help the young men and fathers to move on positively, working towards their chosen career.  The course offers men the opportunity to gain an OCN Level 1 or 2 qualification by completing the course with a local tutor, registering the learners with Starlight Enterprise and submitting their portfolios to Starlight, a member of OCNSER.
